Hosted Discord bot + Empire Control dashboard
BLACK EMPIRE EVENT BOT — Discord Event Bot for Roblox Communities
The Black Empire Event Bot is a hosted Discord bot for Roblox communities that run events — event requests approved from a DM, RSVPs, reminders, check-ins and a web dashboard, free to start.
Members request events, staff approve them from a DM, and RSVPs, reminders and check-ins run themselves.
Built for Roblox communities that run events. Members fill in an event request, your staff get it in their DMs and press Accept, Deny or Edit right there, and the bot posts it, takes RSVPs, sends reminders and checks people in. Everything is set up in Empire Control, a web dashboard you sign into with Discord: events, tickets, staff, Roblox games, auto messages, analytics and your server's own theme and branding.
What it does
- Event Request Panel: members submit events; staff Accept, Deny or Edit straight from the approval DM, with no ticket needed
- RSVP buttons (Going / Maybe / Not Going), with capacity limits and a waitlist on Pro
- Automatic event reminders, smart promotion, recurring events and check-ins with attendance
- Live Event Mode, event ratings, a host leaderboard and event analytics
- AI Event Creator: describe an event in plain words and it drafts it (Pro)
- Pick the Roblox game for every event: 1 game on Free and Starter, 3 on Pro, unlimited on Elite and Lifetime
- Server tools: tickets (transcripts on Pro), staff center, moderation, welcome and leave messages, levels, invite tracking, giveaways, birthdays, temporary voice rooms, role panels, custom roles and commands, suggestions and polls, partnerships
